My adult son and I stayed at the hotel for one night. Would have loved to stay longer. We are from Australia and our Spanish is sadly not very good but everyone at the desk spoke english. We were given a small upgrade which was much appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and we loved the area. Definitely stay again!

I like everything about this hotel. The staff, the location is perfect. Near the mall, restaurants, popular locations, near everything. Very safe to walk around even during the night. I notice a lot of police officers. I went with my kids & they loved it.

Spent 10 days with my husband in this hotel and liked it. Location near Reforma is excellent. Hotel is clean, beds were excellent, staff very polite. Loved the penthouse swimmingpool-area.There are lots of good restaurants nearby who offer excellent breakfast at good price. Ate once in the restaurant and the food was really good, but you can get even better food with better price from the little restaurants near the hotel. Allready planning a new trip to Mexico City and will be back at this hotel.
